9. CLUTCH/GEAR SHIFT MECHANISM Pulsar CK 125

REMOVAL
Drain the engine oil.
Remove the kick lever.
Disconnect the clutch cable.
Remove the right crankcase cover attaching
bolts and the right crankcase cover.
Remove the oil filter rotor. (Refer to 3-3.) Screws Lock Nut

Remove the four clutch lifter bolts.
Remove the clutch lifter and four tension
springs.

Remove the 20mm circlip using a pair of
pliers and then remove the clutch center,
clutch friction disks and plates.
· When removing the 20mm circlip, do
not expand it excessively to avoid
deformation.
· Install the circlip with the chamfered
side facing down.
